APPRON, the in-house communication platform we developed as part of our investments in innovation, enabled us to transfer the business processes of our employees from traditional to digital.

With APPRON, the first communication platform in the sector in Turkey, all of our employees carry out their travel, leave, advance payment, payroll and transfer processes from the mobile application, and follow all developments, events and announcements about the company via push notifications.

We offer a mobile access solution for ground handling, warehouse and shuttle services via Havaş Mobile application, which we developed for all our business partners and passengers to swiftly access to the most accurate information.

Havaş Mobile, which can be downloaded free of charge to all iOS and Android operated smart phones and tablets, enables access to the nearest stops, times and routes for shuttle services, lost property and other operational information in ground handling services.

We offer privileged services to our customers, breaking new ground in our sector in Turkey with our reefer trucks designed for special cargos, i.e., foods and medicine, that require protection of the cold chain.

With our reefer trucks equipped with the latest technology, we transfer perishable cargos between the warehouse – aircraft and aircraft – warehouse, particularly in Istanbul, Antalya, Ankara and Izmir airports.

We provide on-the-job and refresher training to our employees using simulators for equipment that requires special training on the apron at the simulation centers we set up at our stations in Istanbul and Antalya airports.

We enable our employees to adapt swiftly to apron conditions with pushback, baggage tractor and de-icing equipment simulators, which we have put into use as a first in our sector as part of our training investments; hence, increase operational efficiency.

With the 'Paperless Operation' project, which we have initiated with the goal to strengthen the communication among the site teams on the apron, to accelerate the data flow and to increase operational efficiency, our dispatchers can manage the operational processes online from their tablets.

During the process management, which is carried out through the mobile application specifically designed for Havaş, flight information, SLA-based airline services, key performance indicators (KPIs), SITA messages and central load control (CLC), etc. are monitored instantly from the tablets.

With the Central Load Control (CLC) solution we put into use in our operations, we have the goal to manage the load-balance measurement from a single center in flight operations; and to maximize flight safety and to increase our operational efficiency.

With the CLC, the operational data that our dispatchers enter on their mobile tablets at the site are transferred to the personnel in charge, ensuring that the load-balance distribution of the aircraft is calculated in the safest way and transmitted to the operational units from a single center.

All vehicles in our fleet are tracked from a single center with the 'VEHICLE TRACKING SYSTEM’ in our passenger transportation service we offer between the airport and city centers.

On-time departure and waiting times of our vehicles, routes, speed limit monitoring and security are monitored instantly with the system, which we have commissioned to offer our customers a comfortable travel experience.

We transfer our ticket sales for the shuttle services to the electronic environment and offer our passengers a more comfortable travel experience.

We enter seat selections and route information to the system with e-tickets and minimize the waiting times.
