As of 01.01.2022, invoices for all temporary
storage and delivery services at Istanbul, Ankara Esenboğa,
Izmir Adnan Menderes and Antalya airports will be issued by
including 18% Value Added Tax (VAT) in compliance with the Law No. 3065
on Value Added Tax. We kindly request our customers, who reserve
the right to be exempted from VAT in accordance with the relevant law,
to notify us in written.

While the export storage area is approximately 6,000 m² and there are 10 cargo reception gates that can be operated at the same time.
Cargos are accepted after all related security checks (X-RAY, ETD, EDD, VCK, PHS) are completed in line with the international rules and regulations.
Cargos of the contracted airlines are neatly sorted out at separate areas.
There are also 6 pallet storages for preparation of wide-bodied aircraft, as well as a platform where 60 pallets ready for a flight await.

- Accepting the documents of cargos and mails to be exported,
- Physically controlling export cargos and mails and preparations before loading,
- Supervising while loading onto the aircraft,
- Completing the customs clearance of export cargos
- Delivering the arriving imported cargos and mails to import warehouses and PTT (Turkish Postal Services), respectively,
- Detecting imported cargo and mail issues, if any, and taking necessary actions
- Completing the customs clearance processes of imported cargos and getting them ready for delivery to the recipient
- Informing the recipients,
- Providing transfer cargo services.

Transportation service is provided to all warehouses affiliated to the Customs Directorates nationwide.
Scheduled, bonded cargo transportation services are offered from Istanbul to Ankara and Izmir on a regular basis every week.

In order to protect the cold chain in perishable cargo transportation;
- We protect the cold chain by providing temperature control between +2 and +25 C with our modern vehicles at Istanbul Airport,
- We transfer perishable cargos from the warehouse to the aircraft / from the aircraft to the warehouse,
- We transfer the perishable cargos between the aircraft and the warehouse with our reefer trucks in order to protect the cold chain during the Loading, Unloading and Waiting periods.
