During our recruitment processes, we consider and evaluate various factors including the educational/academic background of the applicants, their interests and willingness to work in the sector and our company, level of personal awareness, communication and relationship management skills, tendency to teamwork, analysis and reasoning skills, and foreign languages spoken. Candidates who are successful in the test (analysis and problem solving efficiency, foreign language, etc.) and interview stages are invited to theoretical and on-the-job training. The candidates who successfully pass the test at the end of the training process are hired.
