"Name, Surname, ID Number and Gender" information of all our passengers benefitting from the intercity travels is collected via ID/passport scanner for the "Electronic Passenger List", which we are obliged to submit to the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure as part of the highway transpor...t legislation, and the "Electronic Tickets", which we have to deliver as part of the tax legislation. The subject scanner does not collect any other personal data given in the ID cards or passports.
The personal data, which we have to submit in order to fulfill our legal obligations, is shared with the relevant public institutions; but is not stored or processed by our party.
