As Havaş, we have prepared the “Havaş Business Continuity Management Plan” and shared it with all Havaş employees in order to draw a management framework against events that may interrupt our company's operations in case of an emergency and unexpected situation.
The execution of the Business Continuity Plan is ensured through the teams formed to manage the emergency management and business recovery stages. The detailed workflows, procedures and organizations created in parallel with the outlined framework are part and complementary to this plan. The Business Continuity Plan covers all business processes, information assets, information systems and communication infrastructure, facilities, external resources providing services or information belonging to Havaş, and Havaş employees in the event of a major incident, interruption or natural disaster affecting Havaş operations.
The main objective of the plan is to be always prepared for extraordinary situations that may occur in the key resources of critical processes, and to ensure return to normal working order as quickly, safely and in an organized manner as possible with minimum service interruption and acceptable risks. Within the scope of the Business Continuity Plan, it is aimed to ensure that resources supporting critical processes are provided and processes are operated in order of priority.
